What we keep

We keep account data while the account exists: your email, your pass, and what you save. Ask and we delete it.

The So Hired ATS Resume Checker does not ask you to create an account. Resume text from a check is not written to the database. The working draft stays in this browser. Unsaved free reports are deleted after 24 hours. A desktop-finish draft of a check is deleted after 24 hours.

Transcripts are kept for the pass plus 30 days. After a pass ends, saved resumes stay read-only for 30 days, then we delete them with the rest of the account when you ask.

We keep a first-party note of how you arrived: campaign tags, the referring site (the host only), the landing path, and a random visitor id. It does not include your resume or your email. In the US this is disclosed here and is not sold or shared for cross-context ads. A browser Global Privacy Control signal stops us sending events to PostHog or Plausible. In the EU and UK that note is stored only after you allow it in the cookie banner; a purchase in the same visit can still be tied to the campaign for that visit. We keep those rows for 13 months, then aggregate them.
